Exata Sistemas de Automação Ltda was founded in November of 1984. Operating as a Systems Integrator and Product Distributor, Exata, during its existence has developed solutions for a wide range of needs and requirements: Industrial Information Technology; Machine and System Automation; Process Control and Quality Control System.
During its first 10 years, Exata has operated solely as a Systems Integrator developing Automation Project, PLC Programming and associated services.
Since 1992, Exata began to develop partnership with market leaders in order to provide complete solution to fulfil customer’s requirements thus beginning to represent third party products.
In order to answer to our customer’s expectations, Exata has a team of experienced engineers and technicians with the necessary skills and background to assist them during the sales cycle, support, training, consulting to the products we represent and its interface to the automation and information environment.
Today Exata operates as a software distributor and as systems integrator for the products distributed with the flexibility needed to answer market and customers demands.
Using business values like ethics, honestly and transparency Exata looks for long term partnership with its customers and suppliers.
Consulting Services
Our consulting services help our customers with proofs of concept, pilot projects, best practices using our products and special needs they might request.
Training
We offer regular basic and advanced standard training classes, special subject training classes for all represented products. We can also tailor make training classes to match customer’s special requirements.
We can hold training classes either at Exata or at the customer’s facility.
Technical Assistance
Exata can send its specialist to the field for “on site” technical assistance.
Technical Support
We offer free e-mail and telephone technical support to our customers and certified systems integrators.
